BANNER BUILDING CONDOMINIUM

A two level loft in the iconic Banner Building in downtown Seattle.  The shell was largely gutted and rebuilt to suite my client and her art collection.  Wherever possible we left the concrete structure exposed and played off of it with more refined materials.
